Compression Springs

In the field of compression springs, we use the entire range of materials – starting from cold-drawn and patented spring steels and stainless steels up to highest-strength oil-tempered valve spring wires. These may be round and profiled wire cross-sections, such as Multi-Arc. We use wire strengths in a diameter range of 1.00 to 12.00 mm and offer most diverse surface treatments, such as zinc flake coating, KTL or nickel plating. Multi shot peening and additional nitriding enable an increase of the lifetime as well as improved wear characteristics.
