Flat Spiral Springs

For the manufacturing of flat spiral springs, we use cold-drawn and patented spring steels and stainless steels and oil-tempered wire qualities. We offer most diverse surface treatments, such as zinc flake coating, KTL or nickel plating. Optional multi shot peening enables an increase of the lifetime. We apply special manufacturing methods to create very tight bending radii and special leg geometries.
